Herndon, Virginia (January 26, 2010) -- VISTAtsi, a leading management and IT consulting firm specializing in decision support analytics, today announced the appointed of Lieutenant General John F. Sattler of the United States Marine Corps (Ret.) to its Board of Directors.

Prior to his retirement in August 2008, Lt. Gen. Sattler served as Director of Strategic Plans and Policy for the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was also the United States' representative to the Military Staff Committee of the United Nations. His military career, which spans 37 years, includes service in Operation Iraqi Freedom and many awards, including the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and Legion of Merit. Sattler is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
