VISTAtsi believes in social responsibility. Each year, we
sponsor a charity in our community and encourage employees to support charities that are close to their hearts. We even have a gift matching program where VISTAtsi matches employee gifts to their favorite charity.
- USO DC METRO
VISTAtsi strives to be active in multiple events throughout the year. We were the primary volunteers for a father's day picnic and fall festival for military families in the DC Metro area, and also sponsored an annual casino fundraising night.
- Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts VISTAtsi also contributes annually to the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts to support their renowned performing arts and education programs, such as the Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning Through the Arts and the Wolf Trap Opera Company.
- Charity Matching Program
In line with our Guiding Principle of Social Responsibility, VISTAtsi is committed to supporting and encouraging employees to contribute both time and money to charitable organizations. To assist employees' charitable giving and increase the impact of their contributions, VISTAtsi offers a Matching Charitable Contributions Program. VISTAtsi assists charitable organizations serving the community by combining the generosity of employee gifts with corporate support.
- GREEN Initiative
Initiated by our CEO, VISTAtsi has created a committee to provide a platform for recommendations of ways to consistently improve VISTAtsi sustainability and environmental awareness.
We are big on recycling in the office and encourage employees to do the same away from work. We have given each employee compact fluorescent light bulbs and reusable shopping bags made of recycled plastic products.. VISTAtsi encourages employees to think about the everyday products they use and the actions they take that affect the sustainability of our activities, reduce energy consumption, and cut down on the amount of waste we generate - All taken together, these actions ultimately reduce VISTAtsi's cost of doing business.
