Capacity Building

While needs vary from country to country, certain areas of international capacity building in many poor countries merit special mention. VISTA’s goal is to help build and strengthen skills, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to stabilize, adapt, and prosper. Our experienced staff helps institutions modernize and support them in forming sound policies and procedures, organizational structures, office and documentation support, and develop inventory and maintenance systems. We work with training centers and provide on the job training so that it is sustainable when we are gone. VISTA assists with:
